Since I am creating a fishing themed object (fish smoking station) I am looking for a fish prop which stays in the right hand of a sim.

I have already found one for the left hand, which is in Maxis vacation for the fishing pier, but the one for the right hand unfortunately stays far away from the hand itself and I can not use it this way.

Any idea where I could find one? A smoked or fried fish would be great, but also a raw one (I can recolour it) :-)

You can make a copy of the R-Hand fish and move it closer to the hand using Body Warp.

in cases where there is only one prop (such as the canning station apple) and it is in the wrong hand you can even reassign th copy of the prop to a new joint and rotate & re-position it to make a new prop for your project

Dearest Raeven, thank you for your hints - I will need time to try around with BodyWarp as I had never used it.

But you saved me anyway - thank you much more for the fish prop! jump

"This prop was created for Andrasta; Anyone is free to use it in their own projects.

I extracted one of Maxis' left hand fish props (from the Vacation expansion pack), reassigned it t the right hand and used Body Warp to reposition it .

This prop uses the original fish.bmp from the game so, as long as the player has Vacation installed, no BMP needs to be installed for this prop. A copy of fish.bmp is included for anyone who does not ahve VAcation installed and to make it easier for anyone who'd like to change the prop so it uses a custom new texture.
" biggrin
