Do you have to give each tile of a more-than-one tiled object a new magic cookie number in IFFSnooper? In the OBJD page I see several different GUID numbers. I changed the one in the "master" page, but didn't the others.

Looking around all I could find was information about what to do if you're using TMog.

Thanks.

Yes you do have to change all the GUIDs in all the tiles...

That shouldn't require a new magic cookie, however; you just have to change the GUIDs.

Shouldn't IffSnooper be assigning new GUIDs to each tile automatically when you clone something?

Raeven, it seems like IffSnooper automatically does when you clone/subclone something; but when I'd cloned other things with it more than once from the same original, I think it gave the new clones the same new number (as if it was just adding 1 to the original number or something. I think), which would mean it wasn't exactly a different GUID number if someone else out there had cloned it too.

But magic cookies are unique, obviously (and yes, I just have the one).

Thanks for the help.

Hi Thalia

IffSnooper adds 1 to the non-cookie part of the original object ID when you clone or subclone. So if you want to make more than one clone of an object, you need to clone the last version you made, rather than the original object.
