It's possible, I use the Sims 8 in 1 so I suppose they remade a couple of items as this is a LL paint. I noticed several times trying to follow tutorials on specific items I was 'missing' BHAV that were supposed to be there :p
I saw a note from Raeven I think somewhere about a missing BHAV which was in the ArtGlobals, and I tried as she explained to create a new BHAV based on the info from the tree. I will need to find the note again just in case I would need to do it this way later. If I remember well there was 2 lines to write only.

I will try to locate the global file, as you say it would be a lot easier if all the paint using it would become droppable.
Thank you very much notworthy

Hm, I suppose I should've linked here instead. There's an object (liugnocutaway) which, when placed, makes any other objects on that tile drop with the walls. I use it all the time to make individual pictures and upper cabinets droppable.

Now that you talk about it, I remember seeing it last time I checked Gnohmon's page. I use some of his files (I particularly love liugnoservo, awesome for taking care of crying babies), but I never tried this one yet.
I am still plotting to go check the ArtGlobals.iff, but thank you, it's a very good and easy alternative.
