Goodness me it sounds like there's a lot of sex in that game! It's like they think it's the 70s or something!

They certainly make the most of the fact that they can reproduce and fall in love. It's really frustrating. I had real trouble with a nunnery I created in a Medieval town. The ladies kept getting crushes on each other and pairing off and breaking up. Now I have a mod that can control that a bit but I still don't feel like playing the nuns after the merry dance they led me before.
Very Chaucer!

I decided it would be fun to move into Simsville myself. The first person my Self-Sim met was Claire Charming. Then the park began to fill up with people. I met Mrs. Slocombe, Sylvia Mashuga, Betty Newbie, Ivy Teasdale and Captain Peacock (playing chess.)

My self sim tried out the new Prism Art Studio. I always wanted to do glass blowing but figured I would severely burn myself if I tried. Guess how this ended? Sadly, I missed that picture.

Self met Tiffany Burb this morning. Didn't really care for her. Never thought I would!

Wow, glass blowing! Is that a standard feature in Sims3?
That's quite a special thing, I think.

If it's standard, it's an ep thing because I don't have it.

I think it comes with the Prism art studio... which costs extra money and appears to be made of objects that didn't quite make it into the EPs...

(Okay, off my soapbox now...)

It's a STORE item - you bet! The store puts out 1 or 2 add-on sets a month that you can buy if you want to or opt to buy single items out of the set. It's a giant money grab. Sadly, I'm hooked. I've bought most. The glass blowing is good and my sim likes the cow shed and chicken house with animals you can gather milk and eggs from.
You do have the option of earning free points to buy things from the store (each point worth one cent each). You get 5 points for watching commercials that pop up at the store. You can earn 50 or so cents day if you're lucky.

The Sims 1 sims have been made and uploaded for sharing from our own mod Karin and some other kind people.

The simsville version of me bought a bakery (the latest Sims 3 Store add-on) We'll see how long I last cooking bread cakes and pies to stay going.
