|
|
Humbly following in the illustrious footsteps of coffeeblonde, here is a little gift for the wonderful people of Simbless Oblige, who have kindly allowed us displaced CTO folks to temporarily take up a small corner of the forum.
The lot is Old Town's Lake Barrett Pool Hall. I re-zoned it into a residential lot because I thought the building (slightly remodeled) would be a great retirement home, or vacation home.
Thank you all, and I hope you enjoy it!

I'm sorry I can't add a sample photo, but I'm not sure how and I don't want to mess things up! |

Oh wonderful: a Sim house to look at, I so miss this!!! Jonesie, great job, its really pretty and I love how the rooms are set out, just the right size for furnishing!
Sooo, dearie, are you ready!!:::
May I ask where the lime green hose reel and the white latticey door are in the laundry shed Pic 15?
The memo board with the yellow Post It notes on the bottom in the office, Pic 21
The little teacup hanger on the counter, in the dining room, Pic 23?
The unusual brick kitchen counters with the cool wooden cupboards?
The coatrack with the purple coat in Pic 31 - and do those shoes just slot under the coffeetable, (I dont think they are a part of it) Grand idea!
Also love that sofa set of Nyxs and that room is just lovely!
Thankyou, thankyou, Jonesie, nice build!! _________________ Never give in, only get up and go!!! |

Hi Jonesie,
I love your gift. Thank you. Your house is beautiful. I really like the way you placed most of the windows so they overlooked the lake view. Well done. This looks like a really comfortable house and the outdoor barbecue area is great.
I have a WCIF also. I'd like to know the creator of the kitchen counters and the lovely copper sink.

Liz, I think that sink is Skysthorns (simsseraglio) here: https://ca.groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/SimSeraglio/files under French Collection. But Empresssims also had them so could be hers as well.
(Saving you one, Jonesie, if Im right!) _________________ Never give in, only get up and go!!! |

Love this house! I just want to sit in that hanging chair with a book by the water!

No hurry on the wcifs ...just a couple.
On the Laundry house..the green hose...Olena?
Tall artwork at the top of the staircase Hatstand pictures pic 30
Boots and pair of high heels CUTE! also in pic 30
Working on new build. Then after that time to reorganize files! |

Thank you Liz, Marie and Martha for your nice words!!
Gail and Marie - I will get to work on your WCIFs and you will hear from me later on today.
Liz (and Gail) - Gail is partially right about the sink, but it's not in a YG. It's here: http://simseraglio.synthasite.com/french-country.php
The kitchen counters are supposed to be at Simzalabim, but I do not see them there. Therefore, I will gather up the set and send it to Liz and Gail.
As for the hanging hose - it's by Our Martha! http://www.boudoirblanc.com/garden&plants3.html
And now I am off to search for objects!!! |

I'm baaaaaack!
Gail, I'm emailing you the objects you asked about, except for the memo board, which can be found here: http://spacecadetssims.weebly.com/private-investigator.html
Yes, the shoes under the table are separate, and I've put them in your package also.
Liz, I will PM you the kitchen set.
Marie, a PM is on its way with the coat rack, and the boots and high heels.
A number of these items can be found in various YG groups which I do not currently have access to. (Has to do with having to close my Yahoo account, and then open a new one...) |

No worries Gail!
You recently shared those paintings with me!! I have already sent them to coffeeblonde!
I got a wee bit mixed up when I said I was sending her the coat rack. I actually meant to say "paintings." Gail asked for the coat rack and it was sent to her.
My brain does not seem to be working well today |
