Oh it's South Texas, and being this near the Gulf it's pretty sweaty most all summer. But it's sub tropics as we do once in a bit freeze. Shoot we snowed a couple years ago. Christmas gift to South Texas. The snow in the palms was so neat to see.

Better still, it only stayed a couple days. Geeze I would not want that to happen again. No problem, as it won't snow again for one hundred years laugh
