|Thank you for joining our group!
We hope you will love it here, and find and share valuable information. We at Simblesse Oblige Forum are working to keep the Sims1 community vital and growing. As this forum is geared at people who take their simming seriously, most of these rules are probably not going to be a problem, but here they are anyway.
Please be courteous to each other here--no flaming, spamming, etc, whether in the boards or through the private message system. If there is a conflict that needs resolution, please contact one of the two Owners or a Moderator.
Please do not post pornographic or violent images, or links to such content. You may not link to adult sim sites either. We are running a family-friendly forum, despite the fact that many of our members may be adults. If anything of an illegal nature were to be posted here, the IP address of the offender would be reported to the appropriate authority.
You may not post or discuss warez, cracks, etc. This board is strictly above-board, and we'll be keeping it legal. The first offense will result in the post being removed and a warning issued; any additional problems may lead to restriction or banning the member in question.
Spammers are not tolerated. Do not post links to business sites in an attempt to increase sales or get "hits".
Please respect the unwritten rules of the Sims Community in your creations and in your discussions. We will not allow the distribution of files that are not File Share Friendly (FSF). There's plenty of freely available content for sharing and cloning. If a creator has specified otherwise, we will respect their wishes. As a courtesy to all the wonderful creators in the community, please give credit in your descriptions if the creators has asked for it.
Please keep off-topic posts in the off topic forum. Let's keep it tidy so we can all find what we need.
Remember, this is a forum, not a chat room. Sometimes you may have to wait a bit for an answer. Most of the time, it won't be very long. We're in all different time zones here; there's usually someone around.
There may be a need for future changes to the rules. The Administration reserves the right to change the rules as necessary.
We anticipate that our members will follow our rules while on our site. Violations of our rules while visiting Simblesse Oblige may be met with warnings, restrictions, and/or banning from the forum.
Again, thank you for joining us!
