Here's the first of four seasonal roomsets I've been messing around with.

Edit: Problems with missing OBJDs fixed.

Now that looks very cozy, and I adore those samplers. Could I get that in a version for my real life house?

Thanks, Kim!

Yes, all you need is linen or aida cloth, embroidery silks or Persian yarn, and hundreds of hours of free time. That's what women used to do before The Sims.

Lovely room, Kim, and I like the samplers as much as Annette does. Your colour choices are delightful.

I still do it! I love embroidery (not cross-stitch--hate that), and I also make Stella embroider on pillowcases every day. I think it helps build an eye for detail, and self-discipline, not to mention being fun and pretty!

I did some in my pre-Sim days, some of which is still hanging on my wall, but my goodness it takes so much time to do! It's a bit ironic that I'm willing to spend a year hand-quilting, but a month or two spent on embroidery is beyond my patience anymore. :P

'deco' has a specific meaning in object creation, where it refers to objects which are not functional, but can be put in the game so that people who like to build and decorate houses (but don't really play The Sims much otherwise), and people who need prop items for their story telling can get the pictures to illustrate posts.

As far as I know, all of Kim's articles in this download are functional in the game.

Very pretty and great fabric textures and colours. Wow, even the kitchen chairs have little check patterned seats covers. Lovely!
