http://members.lycos.co.uk/highsimsociety/ has furnishings for a whole house. One or two items might interest a Medieval or Regency theme player.

EDIT -- The object described below has not been released quite yet, but keep an eye out for it! (Doh!)

The one absolute must-have piece for anything older than modern era in my game comes from SSoW. It's the Victorian prep table, which allows me to make kitchen completely free of counters or food processors, since they really ruin the look of a period home. While you're there, check out the other Victorian pieces such as the hacked sideboard. More to come for this theme, and I can't wait. http://www.woobsha.com/index.html

Comhair has some very nice skins for these eras at http://www.different-worlds.net/SIMS/

oops: I KNEW I forgot to upload something last update!!
The prep table's still only at the yahoo group.

I have a ton of straggley pieces like that that I keep saying I'll update and don't. OK time to hunker down and do a mish mosh update.

Anna's Timeless Treasures, Sim Freaks and The Real Sim, all of which are paysites, are my favorite sources for Victorian furniture.

Sims Antiquites - Much of the living room and bedroom furniture could be useful for the early 19th century to early 20th century.

Marina Sims - http://www.marinasims.net/sims1/objects/objects.htm

I have become so used to associating Marina Sims with medieval that I was quite surprised to find a to of Victoriana throughout the site :)

Every page has something suitable. Some items you don't see often include house numbers (page 1 of Decorative. page 2 has some Victorian Mural Tiles), Sunshades (page 4 of Outside) and there's even a Victorian bedwarmer on page 7 of Heather's section (the 'heather" link is bottom right hand side of the page, and then you cycle through her pages in the column in the right)

Persimmon Grove has some lovely Victorian build and faux build items:

roofing pieces, veranda pieces and windows
That house is also available for download, in fact,
Wooden Conservatory pieces (build your greenhouse)
Victorian Botanical garden (white and glass)
http://persimmon.ephralon.de/All/SiteIndex.html

There's also some REALLY knock out objects and lots at
Bunny Wuffles' Architectural Supplies for the Sims
