Thanks for the grass edge tile links. MilkySims has quite a few walkway modifiers.

aww,, i've been trying to upload some castle pics with comment / descriptions, but i keep getting debug errors. i'm not sure what the problem is,, i'll keep trying. maybe if i just leave off the comments,, hmm.

ok,, that seems to have worked.

The debug errors are connected to server servicing. sad They can hang around a few hours or a few days.

Very nice. I hope you realize you just opened yourself up for a whole lot of "Where did you get..." angel

lol, yeah,, i kinda thought i might have to do a lot of look up after this. however, i've found out some crucial limits when posting here,, quite by accident. it seems that you can't have more than 10 attachments per post. (grins) there were 12 pics all total so here's the last 2:

thanx again for every1's comments n complements.

i was reluctant to upload more stuff about the ashford until i realized that i'll never be done building it, lol. every time i look at it it seems to need a new room, or ally, or walkway, or something. whenever i play this awesome game i'm reminded that i'm never done. there's always something else to add, or change, or redo.

sorry if i wore any of you out with all the pics n stuff. i prefer to show the structure other than uploading it. i do that because i have so much custom content, and downloading it could result in a big empty shell. there's enough information in the pics to see the floor plan, and build your own castle if you want. (i think that's way more fun)

thanx to eisbaer for the links

thanx to aponee for her z buffers (wow, that was a lesson). it would have saved me a lotta work if i'd seen her half tiles before i made my own. my z buffers were pretty clumsy compared to hers.

and thanx to lyric and every1 else for just lookin at my stuff.
biggrin

I was thinking the same thing, Atukh - it would take you forever to write a shopping list... whistle

If and when I build lots for sharing, I always go out of my way to use only readily available items, and not too much custom content, and I will not use really great items if I can't remember where I got them...
Obviously that doesn't apply for lots I build for my own game. Sometimes I don't even remember everything I put in... LOL!!!

When I build a house for myself and someone asks me to share it, I usually make a copy of my own, then evict the Sims living in my house and I'll send it to them without furniture... :)
(And then I put my back-up copy back in my game to play it...)

Karin

Oh, for me it would not be a problem. As far as I see, I have nearly everything you have used, even the same walls. I don't care if the lot is furnished or not. I normaly load those costume content houses in a nearly empty game, because I prefer to furnish them by myself. I am just so terrible bad in building the house. Maybe you can just send the house iff file? *beg*
