The Nectar making machine in Sims 3 is quite steampunk-ish looking, might be possible for a skilled maker to convert. Some dark pictures http://www.carls-sims-3-guide.com/worldadventures/france/

I didn't read all 13 pages, but did anyone mention there are a few steampunk objects at CTO?

Here's a pic from a VERY steampunk movie (plus, the stuff nightmares are made of. These things scared the bejeebus outta me when I was little!):

surprise surprise surprise

Anyone else remember this movie? (I'm not telling what the name is, cos I don't want to give it away.)

Not to mention other movies like The City of Lost Children (one of my all-time favs):

Hellboy 2: The Golden Army (visually stunning, if nothing else), which for the life of me, I cannot find a good pic of that goregous clockwork army (the 2nd link is a concept art pic):

Here's a few teasers for some of the things I'm working on. They're from 3D objects, but I tweaked them a bit (to make them more Sim-ish) and recoloured/retextured. Nothing's available yet, but hopefully soon... There will be objects, skins, walls, floors, vehicles, and a career for this theme. Maybe it'll be finished by the end of the year! laugh

To avoid disappointing you - that's just a collection of notes on what Steampunk IS... and a few links to downloads. Which I need to update.

<Adds to the ToDo list>

Thanks Blue :) hug

Wheelers! I s'pose Return to Oz is a little bit steampunk, yeah. I missed all the childhood nightmares by never being interested in it when it came on TV and only saw it recently. That's one crazy, crazy movie.
