Inventrory Code

numbers go in Parameter 1 and determine in which part of the Inventory the token goes.
Code:
GIFTtype (normal, e.g veggies, fruits, seeds, pet treats)

0: Add token of type GIFT with object GUID
1: Remove token of type GIFT with object
3: Find token of type GIFT with object GUID

Code:
SOUVENIR type (e.g giant veggies)

1280: Add token of type SOUVENIR with object GUID
1281: Remove token of type SOUVENIR with object GUID
1283: Find token of type SOUVENIR with object GUID

Code:
MAGIC type (nearly all magical ingredients)

2048: Add token of type with object GUID
2049: Remove token of type with object GUID
2051: Find token of type with object GUID

Here is the "bare bones" information for Function 25, the "Alter Budget" function and the two lines of code that are usually used with it.

To get "Alter Budget (add 10 as misc income)", for example, is
    Function: 25
True line - ??? (this value depends on your project)
False line - ??? (this value depends on your project)
Parameter 1: 0 (literal value. Change to use a variable, attribute or constant instead)
Parameter 2: 10 (the simolean amount)
Parameter 3: 2 ("add". change to subtract from or test the budget)
Parameter 4: 2 ("misc income" category. Change for other categories.)

To get the ch-ching sound you also add in "Play Sound Event (id=300)" Playing Sounds is Function 23
    Function: 23
True line - ??? (this value depends on your project)
False line - ??? (this value depends on your project)
Parameter 1: 300 (sound id number)
    Parameter 2: 0
Parameter 3: 0 (vary - how to play sound)
    Parameter 4: 0

To show money over the Sim's head is "my person data Money Amount over Head Assign To: Parameters 0"
    Function: 2
True line - ??? (this value depends on your project)
False line - ??? (this value depends on your project)
    Parameter 1: 1 ("Money amount")
Parameter 2: 10 (simolean amount to display)
Parameter 3: 1280 (the operator "assign to" )
Parameter 4: 1810 ("my person data" with a literal value instead of a variable, attribute or constant)

Should your code need to to display the money amount over another head's sim (like your date's) then Parameter four would be 1811 which is the Stack Object's person Data instead of "My". In that case, of course, you have to make sure the correct person is the stack object.

I made this for my own use, but I thought it might help some other people. It's copied from the GUID list from that Japanese site, but it's a sortable and filterable google docs spreadsheet, useful if you need to find a GUID. You can specify a FAR and sort by IFF file at the same time, which is my recommended way for finding things. Of course, I don't dictate your life and you're free to filter and sort it however you want.

The super long google drive (not Doc anymore, Drive) URL is...

https://docs.google.com/a/leadpipecollection.net/spreadsheet/lv?key=0AoUkuA_gW-KidDVzd3ZoTElfQUtOZ3ZlaFROa3BoVVE&rm=full#gid=0

VARIABLES USED IN DIALOG BOXES & MENUS

String Variables are used in dialog boxes and dynamic menus. (I swore there was one for gender as well and am surprised not to find it on my little list)

$Me Displays the Sims' first name
$Family Displays the Family surname
$Object Displays the stack object's name (as defined by the CTSS)
$Neighbor Displays ....
$Local:0 Displays Local Variable 0's value. Other Local Variables can be used by changing the "0" used in this example.
$JobOffer:0:1 found in newspapers and computers, related to finding a job. This variable displays the text from Line #1 (or the optional #2 for females) of a career's STR# resource. The correct job to be offered is determined by the values stored in (in this example) Temp Storage 0 (the career track), and Temp Storage 1 (the promotion level). Other Temp Storages can be used by changing the "0" and the "1" used in this example.
$TimeLocal:3
----------------------------------------------
Found in Live.iff STR# 137 (I've not tested if these can be used in dialog boxes and menus. I assume so.)

Hours: $Start-$End.
Carpool arrives: $CarTime.

Subpanel: Job: Job: Popup: Description
Notes: This is shown above the career description. Variable ($Start-$End) are the work hours. Variable ($CarTime) is the time the carpool will arrive.
