you will get it to work gone i'm sure you will!
I must admit i tryed but i couldn't get the mesh to work outside the programme!! but i also know that the shape of the meshes you need or the dresses will be very hard to find!
I'm also not sure there is a hat mesh like that? anyone?
I know the nighties and swim are easier for me to get meshes for ,that is why i started them first! biggrin

I've seen a cloche hat mesh somewhere, but I can't remember if it's a stand alone or part of a head. Cloche hats would be very difficult. All the larger hair styles would show through. Maxis cheated and made the hat part of the head, or cut the top of the head off and used a cmx to attach a hat to the partial head, for most of the hats.

Nothing to do with art. Just some 3d modelling. Forget the tutorials. Just start grabbing some vertices and moving them, until you get the hang of the controls. biggrin

Start a new thread in Skinner's studio to ask the Milkshape questions. This is exactly the kind of thing that belongs there. smile

If I get finished the things I have to do before I go out, I'll try to find time to load up MilkShape so that I might be able to give you a useful answer. yes In the meantime, someone else may get your question sorted out.

i think what you are on about is a certain option that gives you the lines around!
I can't see BECAUSE I HAVEN'T GOT IT ANYMORE MINE ENDED UP HAVING A VIRUS AND I CAN'T AFFORD TO PAY FOR ANOTHER YET! sad
But it is an option you can change that gives you the lines around, try clicking on a few of the options to see if they disappear! you can always start again if you don't get it right!
It will probably be something to do with the skeleton or the view, BUT i can't remember what its called!lol
I hope you find what you need! biggrin
